COURSE DESCRIPTION: Introduction to Welding is a 32-hour non-credit course that introduces basic welding processes. This training includes different types of joints, shop safety and practices, welding equipment and minor repair, oxy-fuel cutting and welding processes, also introduces the idea of welder testing and certifications. Safe practices and operation of tools and equipment are explained and demonstrated.

  • No prior welding experience required

This class will meet on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights from 5:30 - 9:00 pm.
